On day 14 of 30 Days of Mootools, we are going to look at the .periodical function, an extremely useful tool that lets you fire a function at given intervals. The live example for this tutorial is a simple timer with a bar that gets longer as the time indicator number grows. After this, we will get an introduction to hashes, how to create one, set one, get values and more.

Day 6 of 30 Days of Mootools and we are starting to wrap up our overview of the basics. This tutorial covers how to get and set html element properties, how to move an existing element and how to create a new html element from scratch. The example is a little more advanced than previously, showing you how to create a simple form that will inject an html element with user defined id and text content.
