Logo / Web / UI Designers
Tech: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Skills: You understand the principles of logo design, are passionate about UI design and all of its potential, understand what makes a web site beautiful, strive toward finding that perfect balance between usability and aesthetic creativity, and above all else, you are self driven toward quality work.
Special Requirements: portfolio of your logo designs, web designs and any UI design you are particularly proud of.
Front-End Web Developers
Tech: HTML/XHTML, CSS, ActionScript/Flash, JavaScript (including Mootools and JQuery) – bonus if you have any experience using the canvas tag.
Skills: You keep up on the latest web standards, understand the importance of accessibility and graceful degradation, and continually push what the technology is capable of, while at the same time realizing the important of time tested solutions.
Special Requirements: Links to previous work, highlighting the required tech.
Back-End Web Developers
Tech: PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, Apache
Skills: You understand the critical role of well designed relational database tables, pride yourself on writing reusable, readable and secure code, and have a solid grasp on the principles and process of web application development.
Special Requirements: Links to previous work, specifically in regards to database design and application development.
